Your details in Wonderland Connect
Wonderland Connect is the maintenance app of Wonderland Properties. Wonderland decides what it is used for; Lumanaire built it and runs it for them.
What it keeps about you
- Your name, your work email, and your mobile number if you or a manager add it.
- Your role and the regions you work in.
- The jobs, comments and photos you add, and each step you tap (accepted, on my way, on site, fixed), with the time.
- A log of changes to buildings, jobs and the team, so Wonderland can check who did what.
Your location
- Only when you tap Arrived on a job assigned to you, your phone asks to share its location once. The app keeps how far you were from the building, never where you were.
- Nothing tracks you before or after, and you can say no.
Photos
- Take work photos in the app, so they go straight to the job. Please do not photograph people, ID documents or private papers.
Who sees it
- Your name, role, email and mobile number: everyone at Wonderland who uses the app, so colleagues can reach you.
- Jobs, comments and photos: people at Wonderland who work in the same region, as their role allows.
- Lumanaire, who built and runs the app for Wonderland, when something needs fixing.
Where it is kept
- On secure servers in London, outside South Africa: Supabase keeps the data and photos, Vercel runs the app. Sign-in codes are sent by email.
Your rights
- You can ask to see or correct what is kept about you. Ask your manager or Wonderland's Information Officer.
- If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Notice version 1, 21 October 2026.
